Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days via standard shipping. We offer expedited options at checkout if you need your Chom Chom Roller sooner. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. If you don’t see that email within two business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.

We inspect every unit before it leaves our facility, but shipping mishaps can happen. If your roller arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Empty the fur chamber after each use by opening the hinged lid and disposing of the collected hair. Wipe down the roller drum with a damp cloth every few weeks to keep it tacky. No batteries, no refills — just rinse and you’re ready for the next round of shedding.
